Faculty & Staff

St. Francis de Sales School is blessed with a committed and passionate faculty, staff, and Oblate population with a deep-rooted connection to our mission.

What sets our team apart is their strong affiliation with our school. More than 50 of our faculty and staff are themselves St. Francis graduates. Their first-hand experience with our school’s values and traditions establishes a bedrock of institutional knowledge shared with the entire staff. Many of our faculty and staff are parents of current students or graduates, reflecting their deep commitment to our mission by entrusting us with their own children.

We have seven Oblates of St. Francis de Sales working in the school community as teachers, staff, and administrators – the largest religious community at any school in Northwest Ohio. Their unwavering commitment to our school’s Catholic values and spiritual guidance is an integral part of the education we offer.
